General questions
House rate starts at €1,300 per night.
This amount may fluctuate depending on the season, the number of guests and the length of your stay. For optimal accuracy and immediate availability, we invite you to consult our online calendar or contact us directly.
Reservations can be made via our website or by telephone. To confirm your stay, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, or 100% if you prefer. In case of cancellation within 72 hours of your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, ensuring a smooth and secure experience. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, all processed with industry-leading encryption for your peace of mind.
The house can comfortably accommodate 12 people, with a maximum capacity of 20 people, perfect for large families or groups of friends.
All modern facilities are at your disposal, including:

Rules of stay
For the comfort of all, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. However, you can enjoy the outdoor terraces to do so.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed, in order to preserve the quality of stay for all guests, especially in case of allergies.
On the day of your departure, the keys must be returned to our concierge. An inventory of fixtures can be carried out in agreement with you. Any damage during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.
To ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood, we ask you to respect the quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00 (applies only to the outdoor area).
Additional services
A daily housekeeping service is included in your stay, offering you 2 hours of service per day for uncompromising comfort.
On site, you can enjoy:
